As a Specialties Project Manager, youโ€™ll take charge of projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Youโ€™ll troubleshoot challenges, maintain strong customer relationships, and handle negotiations to keep projects profitable. Daily, youโ€™ll communicate with vendors, interpret plans and specifications, and collaborate across departments to keep everything on track.

This role requires someone who is organized, analytical, and proactiveโ€”someone who can make decisions, manage paperwork, and keep all moving parts aligned. While this position is primarily onsite, there is some flexibility as operations evolve.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience โ€“ A bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills โ€“ Ability to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams through business correspondence, phone, and email.
