Job description

Qualities: Looking for a self-motivated candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. With the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail. Must be able to maintain confidential information and show a strong, long-term commitment to work and learning. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment. Experience in a manufacturing or logistics setting is a plus. Must have basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) Communicate directly with customers and vendors, both in the US and internationally through phone and email. Processing multiple PO's, managing inventory, ordering parts (for shop and office), and handling shipping paperwork.
