QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable use of order processing and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to learn.
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and sales team, ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and accurate assistance.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics departments to expedite orders.

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
  • Office environment. Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations.
