JOB SUMMARY
LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging 3rd party warehouse management operator to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. S/he enjoys collaborating with all company team members, is skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound, outbound, communication internal and customer, and strategic planning. We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer relationship to support and develop in our fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct routine warehouse
  • Manage all inbound, outbound of 400~500 SKU products.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of the inventory / Conduct daily, monthly and annual inventory
  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates
  • Manage trucking delivery drivers.
  • Resolve any arising problems and complaints in timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage logistics operations reliably.
  • Report by establishing the optimal logistics warehouse operation plan;
  • Collaborate with leadership team to guide and understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
  • Track and record performance reviews
  • Korean fluency preferred
  • Monthly AR/AP closing management.
  • Confirm dispatch on customer order and review for reliable delivery
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills amp; Abilities:
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to understand and operate all areas of the supply chain
  • Understanding of warehouse process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English, Korean)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including: email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive

Education amp; Experience:
  • 7 years of warehouse, forwarding management experience, preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to various operational sites
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to access and navigate each IT system and operational websites
Other Requirements: The warehouse is located in Holland, Michigan and is a warehouse that operates the company's MRO and subsidiary materials. S/he must be able to travel to field sites and offices, as needed, and as we continue to expand.
