An Email Marketing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business goals. They develop strategies, manage email lists, segment audiences, create content, and analyze campaign performance. Their role often involves collaborating with creative, sales, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective targeting. Position Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager owns Aeroseal's digital marketing function end to end, with full accountability for both lead generation and lead nurture. This role directs strategy and execution across paid media, organic social, websites, and email marketing/marketing automation, and manages the team member responsible for organic social and paid media. AI usage is a core part of how this role operates - the Digital Marketing Manager is expected to apply AI tools throughout content development, campaign optimization, funnel analysis, and lead nurture to drive speed and performance across the entire digital funnel.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Direct Reports: Digital Marketing Specialist
The following is the outline of key responsibilities for this role:
Digital Strategy & Team Leadership
Owns the digital marketing strategy and roadmap for Aeroseal, aligning paid media, organic social, website, and email/nurture programs against pipeline and revenue goals.
Manages the team member, whom owns setting content strategy, and paid media through hands on media buying.
Partners with Sales, Creative, and Business leaders around key verticals (e.g., Residential, Commercial, New Construction, International) to align digital programs with business priorities, and developing annual and quarterly digital plans.
Paid Media & Lead Generation
Owns paid digital advertising strategy and execution across social, and programmatic channels.
Sets targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategy to hit cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition targets.
Executes paid digital advertising support for webinars, newsletters, public relations, and trade shows.
Continuously tests creative, audience, and channel mix to improve lead volume and quality.
Website & Conversion Optimization
Owns the Aeroseal websites as lead generation and conversion assets - content, structure, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
Runs a continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) program: hypotheses, A/B and multivariate testing, and iteration on page copy and design.
Ensures site performance, SEO health, and analytics/tracking are properly maintained.
Email, Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture
Owns email marketing and nurture programs end to end in Salesforce/Account Engagement - strategy, segmentation, copy, sequencing, deliverability, and reactivation.
Builds and manages lead scoring, routing, and sales cadences in Salesforce and Smartlead, ensuring a smooth, well-timed handoff from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified opportunity.
Owns full-funnel lead nurture - from initial capture through sales-ready - designing sequences that move leads efficiently toward pipeline.
Partners with Sales on cadence design, lead scoring criteria, and feedback loops to continuously improve lead-to- conversion.
AI Application in the Role
Uses AI to accelerate the development of ad copy, landing page copy, and email/nurture sequences.
Applies AI-assisted analysis for funnel reporting, audience segmentation, and performance/anomaly detection.
Leverages AI-native tools to prototype landing pages, personalize nurture content, and build next-best-action logic within Salesforce and sales cadence tools.
Evaluates and operationalizes new AI tools across the digital marketing stack that measurably improve speed, cost, or conversion.
Key Performance Indicators
Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
Lead volume and cost per lead, across paid and organic channels.
Lead-to-SQL and SQL-to-pipeline conversion rates.
Website conversion rate, by segment and campaign.
Email/nurture engagement and nurture-driven conversion.
Digital analytics and ROI reporting across all owned channels.
Skills and Requirements:
6+ years of related digital marketing experience, including paid media, website, and email/marketing automation.
Proven experience managing full-funnel lead generation and lead nurture programs from first touch through sales handoff.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Account Engagement (or equivalent CRM/marketing automation), email prospecting tools such as Smartlead, and lead scoring/routing systems.
Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Shopify, and builder themes like BeTheme, Elementor, or Divi.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for marketing production, analysis, and personalization; comfortable evaluating and adopting new AI tools.
People management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a direct report.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, and new and emerging approaches for engaging key audiences.
Ability to take digital marketing data and turn it into plan refinements and optimizations, iteratively working a strategy toward sustainable success.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, and marketing automation. Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
