POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator, B2B will provide critical support to the Newrez Correspondent and Wholesale teams by helping create marketing communication collateral, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery of materials that enable business growth. This role is ideal for a marketing or communications professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build experience across marketing operations, sales enablement, and project management. The Marketing Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for intake requests, content updates, and collateral organization, helping the team stay responsive and aligned with business priorities.
DESCRIPTION:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing collateral within the B2B origination channels (Correspondent and/or Wholesale)-tracking, organizing, and maintaining a dynamic, up-to-date library of sales and campaign materials, and other client-facing content, ensuring content is clear and engaging.
  • Draft and edit marketing communications, including emails, sales messaging,
  • Manage intake and routing of marketing requests from origination channel leaders, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and efficient prioritization.
  • Support the creation and refinement of sales enablement assets, ensuring all materials meet brand standards, reflect current product offerings, and resonate with clients.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows by managing deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Creative teams.
  • Act as project manager for small- to mid-size initiatives, keeping marketing requests on track, stakeholders aligned, and deliverables moving forward.
  • Assist with execution of logistics for campaigns, events, and sponsorship activations. Ensures smooth delivery and consistent brand presence across both channels.
  • Conduct light research, proofreading, and quality assurance on marketing assets to uphold accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Maintain team calendars and reporting dashboards, supporting visibility into project status, campaign timelines, and marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships and early career roles accepted).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and quality control skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and respond quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Experience with email marketing, content management, CRM, or other marketing platforms is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Working on-site at assigned office location.
  • Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.
  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.
  • Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.
  • Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.
  • Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.
  • Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
