Role Overview
We are hiring a Performance Marketing & Email Graphic Designer to become a go-to designer for paid social and acquisition-focused creative for our clients.
This role is performance-first. You will own visual execution across Meta, TikTok, and email, building scalable testing systems and high-converting ad creative. You will collaborate closely with media buyers and creative strategists to drive measurable performance improvements.
This is a high-output, iteration-heavy role. We expect you to be proficient in leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, variation creation, and workflow efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Paid Social & Performance Creative (Primary Focus)
• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
• Create structured creative variations for systematic A/B testing
• Develop thumb-stopping hooks and performance-driven visual concepts
• Translate performance data into new design iterations
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback from media buyers
• Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion
• Use AI tools to generate visual concepts, variations, angles, and layout exploration
Creative Systems & Testing Infrastructure
• Build modular ad templates that allow for fast testing at scale
• Develop structured naming, file organization, and creative testing workflows
• Improve internal systems to increase output without sacrificing quality
• Support the creative strategy team with rapid concept mockups
• Ensure consistent on-time delivery across accounts
• Use AI to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and visual exploration
Cross-Channel Support (Secondary)
• Support email marketing design when needed
• Collaborate on brand refreshes and visual system improvements
Email Design & Lifecycle Creative (Primary Focus)

Must-Have Experience
• 3-6+ years designing for DTC brands
• Strong portfolio of real paid social ad creative (not just brand work or mockups)
• Experience designing high-performing static ads for Meta and TikTok
• Understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused design
• Experience working closely with performance teams or media buyers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily workflow
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Strong typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity across performance ads
  • Strong portfolio of real email marketing work (not just mockups)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP

• Agency experience managing multiple DTC accounts
