This position combines deep analytical thinking with strong communication and problem-solving skills to evaluate claims, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Acting as both an auditor and Subject Matter Expert (SME), this role supports internal teams and external partners by promoting adherence to BRP warranty policies and contributing to a culture of quality and accountability across the network.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Warranty Claim Adjudication & Compliance

  • Evaluate warranty and goodwill claims to ensure alignment with BRP warranty policies, technical procedures, and documentation standards.

  • Approve or deny claims with clear, evidence-based rationale and maintain accurate claim records.

  • Identify patterns of non-compliance or misuse, escalating critical issues as needed.

Warranty Audit & Risk Analysis

  • Leverage warranty metrics, audit tools, and data analysis to detect trends, inconsistencies, potential fraud, and training opportunities.

  • Build comprehensive audit cases and communicate results with clarity and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with dealerships to provide education, correct claims, recommend best practices, and process claim debits where warranted.

SME Support

  • Act as the go-to resource for complex or escalated warranty inquiries from BRP staff, our partners, dealers, and distributors.

  • Provide timely, clear, and consistent policy support across multiple communication channels (e.g., case management systems, phone, chat, email).

  • Propose policy improvements based on recurring dealer challenges and ambiguity in claim interpretation.

Training, Documentation & Dealer Engagement

  • Lead training initiatives focused on warranty submission accuracy, policy updates, and audit insights.

  • Host workshops and learning sessions to enhance dealer and BRP staff understanding of warranty procedures.

  • Promote accountability and alignment through proactive knowledge sharing, including training and article creation/updates.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Produce and present audit reports outlining findings, performance trends, and actionable insights.

  • Support warranty operations leadership with recommendations to enhance compliance and streamline processes.

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and refine tools, systems, and procedures.

Product & Technical Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of BRP products, offerings, bulletins, and diagnostics.

  • Stay current with all training and testing requirements

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Minimum 3 years in warranty auditing, claims analysis, or warranty administration.

  • Industry experience in powersports, marine, or automotive sectors is preferred.

  • Familiarity with BRP products and systems is a strong asset.

  • Advanced analytical and investigative skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to clearly explain decisions and influence across varied audiences.

  • High proficiency with warranty systems (Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Calm and diplomatic in high-pressure situations with a focus on facts, fairness, and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
