English Language Teachers (ELTs) typically spend their days preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging language instruction, assessing student progress, and providing feedback both in and out of the classroom. They often organize interactive activities, facilitate group discussions, and use various resources to enhance learning, such as multimedia tools and educational games. Collaboration with other educators and participation in professional development sessions are also common.
