Familiarity with international curricula (such as IB or Cambridge), learning management systems (LMS), and, in some cases, TEFL/TESOL certification are highly valued. Strong communication, cross-cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving skills help you connect with diverse students and colleagues. These skills ensure effective instruction, a positive classroom environment, and adaptation to varying educational and cultural contexts.
