Elixir Life Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Lincroft, New Jersey. This full-time position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Lincroft, New Jersey. Our environment promotes teamwork and collaboration, and we provide our therapists with the resources necessary to deliver exceptional patient care. Our facility is equipped with modern treatment modalities and technologies, allowing for diverse therapeutic approaches and techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment to assess their conditions and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including exercise protocols, hands-on techniques, and equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, medical history, and therapeutic goals to enhance patients' physical function.
• Document treatment procedures, monitor patient responses, and track progress meticulously to ensure accountability and quality of care.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans to adapt to changes in patients' conditions and to meet evolving health goals.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and self-management strategies to promote independent living.
• Participate in continuous professional development by attending workshops, engaging in peer discussions, and maintaining relevant certifications.

Our patient population includes individuals of all ages facing a variety of challenges, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Elixir Life, you will play a critical role in personalized rehab strategies that aim not just for recovery, but for improved everyday functionality, enabling clients to return to their preferred activities as swiftly and safely as possible.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in basic computer software and documentation systems relevant to patient management.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• While prior work experience is not required, candidates with at least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy settings are preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare delivery is a plus, offering unique insights into the challenges faced by patients in their home environments.
