Elixir Life Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our compassionate clinical team in Winchester, Virginia. In this full-time onsite role, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse patient population, helping them to recover from injuries and improve their functional mobility.

This role is based in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Winchester, Virginia. The onsite environment allows you to engage directly with patients, collaborate with your peers, and utilize a wide range of therapeutic equipment and modalities. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a rehabilitation setting, understanding their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of techniques, such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress accurately in compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers about recovery processes and self-care techniques.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending workshops, reviewing relevant literature, and participating in professional networks.

Our patient population ranges from children to elderly individuals, encompassing various conditions such as post-surgical recovery, stroke rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will play a critical role in helping each patient regain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care approaches tailored to their specific circumstances.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record management.
• A proactive and flexible attitude in adapting treatment strategies to meet patient needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, though recent graduates with relevant internships or clinical experience may be considered.

Our compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting top talent, offering a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
