FLOAT CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

SIGN ON BONUS!!

FULL TIME: $500 / PART TIME: $250

Shifts Available:

  • Part-Time - Various days and times
  • Every other weekend

Pay Range:

  • $20 / hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. We have been a leading provider over 25 years in the private duty health care industry, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes within our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care to patients across various cases and locations based on staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns, reporting observations to the supervisor or case manager.
  • Assist patients with mobility, lifting, positioning, and transfers as needed while following safe patient-handling practices.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with patients through conversation, companionship, and engaging activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report patients' pulse, temperature, respiration, and other changes in condition as directed.
  • Adapt quickly to different patients, care environments, schedules, and care needs while providing consistent, high-quality support.
