We're currently seeking Licensed Tennessee Security Officers to join our Nashville team and represent Elite Security & Staffing at many recognized entertainment destinations in Nashville.

Your Role

As an Elite Security Officer, you are the first impression of our company and play a critical role in protecting our clients, guests, employees, and property.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
  • Conducting bag inspections and security screening.
  • Monitoring entrances, exits, and assigned areas.
  • Patrolling the venue to identify safety and security concerns.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
  • Preparing accurate incident and activity reports.
  • Enforcing client policies and maintaining order.
  • Working closely with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency personnel when necessary.
  • Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
  • Dallas Law Certification.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.
  • Professional appearance with no visible tattoos on the face, neck, or hands.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Can stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Enjoy working with the public while maintaining a security mindset.
  • Preferred Black Suit dress with Black pants for current client security events.
Schedule
  • Part-Time.
  • Morning availability preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling based on venue and event needs.
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
