We are seeking a Fundraising Specialist to lead Freedom In Me’s fundraising efforts and help achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. The Fundraising Specialist will focus on building strong donor relationships, planning fundraising events/campaigns, and collaborating with the team to ensure sustainable funding.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement fundraising strategies
-Cultivate and solicit donors/sponsors
-Manage donor portfolio (individual, corporate, foundation)
-Lead fundraising events and campaigns
-Track/report fundraising progress

Qualifications:
-2–4 years nonprofit fundraising experience
-Proven record securing 5–6 figure gifts
-Strong relationship-building and communication skills
-Familiarity with donor management tools
-Passion for Freedom In Me’s mission
