Gary Yeomans Ford Ocala is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ford Pro Elite Commercial Center Technician to join our team in Ocala, FL. Brand new ford pro elite shop that is air conditioned and heated with state of the art equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Ford commercial vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford commercial vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep vehicles operating efficiently and safely.
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle issues accurately.
  • Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Ford Pro Elite commercial vehicle technology and repair techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and service needs.
Requirements
