Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Elevate Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet each client's unique needs.
• Conducting comprehensive client assessments through interviews and standardized assessment tools to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
• Identifying and addressing mental health issues within your scope of practice, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Planning and implementing personalized treatment programs and activities aimed at enhancing the social and emotional well-being of clients.
• Facilitating interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, including crisis management and connections to community resources as needed.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Regularly evaluating the efficacy of treatment strategies and making necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational protocols and legal regulations.
• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely updates and accurate reflections of the services rendered in client records.
• Providing individualized clinical counseling to address complex psychological issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Mind Elevate Counseling Center caters to a wide range of client demographics, including individuals confronting various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and familial conflicts. Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly preferred:

• Hands-on counseling experience specifically targeting mental health issues such as mood disorders, substance abuse, familial and marital counseling, and grief.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and remote delivery of counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits
