Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and support systems needed to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, fostering their resilience and recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and assessment, ensuring proactive risk management and safety planning for clients in distress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to engage clients in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, utilizing client management systems effectively.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Our primary focus is on individuals experiencing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through their healing processes, identifying their unique challenges, and developing therapeutic strategies that resonate with their individual experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating your competence and dedication to the field.
• Strong understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to implement them effectively in practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and families.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards within the mental health domain.

Compensation and Benefits
