Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues, utilizing structured and empathetic inquiry during initial sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver psychotherapy through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, depending on the client’s goals and preferences.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress regularly to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring effective communication and support for clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer virtual options.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of the latest therapeutic techniques and trends.

Qualifications
