Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Analyst III) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Analyst III Conducts high-level data analysis and reporting to support strategic procurement decisions and IT advisory functions.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Analyst III | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting (NCDPC0015014) Candidates:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in developing and applying analytic methodologies.
• Ability to lead the application of analytic techniques and assist in defining the project objectives, methodologies, and principles.
• Perform a wide variety of analytical tasks with the continuous improvement of processes, personnel, organization, system, or training.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Skills Required

• Business Data Analytics Certificate, Cost Estimator/Analyst Certification, CPA License
• Master's Degree
