Job description

Overview
Element Materials Technology is seeking an experienced RT Level III / Program Manager to join our Fort Myers, Florida operation. This position will serve as the technical authority for Radiographic Testing (RT) while also leading and managing Element Response's field inspection call-out program supporting customers throughout North America.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining RT Level III oversight, supporting personnel certification and qualification programs, managing emergency response and field deployment activities, and ensuring technical excellence across a wide range of industrial, aerospace, power generation, and defense-related projects.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the Responsible RT Level III in accordance with the Company's Written Practice and applicable customer requirements.
• Develop, review, approve, and maintain RT procedures, techniques, and work instructions.
• Support NAS410 and SNT-TC-1A certification programs.
• Conduct technical reviews, audits, and quality assessments.
• Support customer audits and accreditation activities including AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level I and Level II personnel.
• Support advanced NDT initiatives and laboratory operations as required.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and strategic customer development.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and development of inspection personnel.
• Participate in management reviews, operational planning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support regional and national growth initiatives for Element Response and Shipbuilding Services.
Skills / Qualifications
Required
• Current ASNT NDT Level III certification in Radiographic Testing (RT).
• Minimum 10 years of NDT experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing field inspection projects and personnel.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, certification programs, and customer specifications.
• Ability to travel as required to support customer operations and emergency response activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred
• Additional Level II or III certifications MT, PT, VT).
• NAS410 Certification Officer experience.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, shipbuilding, power generation, or industrial markets.
• AS9100 and NADCAP audit experience.
• Previous program management or operations leadership experience.
