Role Description:

Role Summary

Supports oncology clinical operations by optimizing workflows and clinical information systems. Acts as the liaison between clinicians, processes, and technology to improve efficiency, data quality, and patient care outcomes within the oncology setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with oncology clinicians to assess workflows, identify gaps, and reduce inefficiencies (including duplicate documentation).
  • Provide at the elbow support while gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing changes, and validating outcomes.
  • Configure, support, and enhance oncology clinical applications, with a strong focus on Elekta Mosaic.
  • Lead or support moderately complex projects, including workflow redesign, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
  • Create test scripts, support change requests, and collaborate with service desk and IT teams through implementation.
  • Develop and deliver user training and support materials.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations, policies, and data standards.
