Job Summary
Job Title: Therapeutic Medical Physicist
Location: Odessa-Midland Metroplex, TX (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $220,000-$300,000 + $20,000-$30,000 Sign-On Bonus

This physician-led cancer care provider supports patients across Texas with advanced radiation oncology services, clinical research, and a commitment to personalized, community-based care. Their teams leverage cutting-edge technology in supportive environments to help deliver meaningful outcomes close to home.
Role Overview:
This position supports a busy radiation oncology center offering external beam radiation therapy and HDR brachytherapy services. Systems include a Varian TrueBeam, Elekta microSelectron HDR, Eclipse and Oncentra TPS, ARIA and MOSAIQ ROIS, and a full suite of QA tools. Responsibilities cover treatment planning, quality assurance, safety protocols, and occasional travel to a sister site 20 miles away.
Key Requirements:
• Master's degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP-accredited college/university
• ABR certified - equivalent qualifications will be considered
• Full Texas licensure and RAM license eligibility
• Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam, Elekta HDR, Eclipse, Oncentra, ARIA, and MOSAIQ
• Experience with SRS, SBRT, and HDR treatments. Additional modalities are desirable
• Ability to serve Radiation Safety Officer duties
