Job description

Job Duties
• Manage, oversee and coordinate the completion and technical specifications of the project while ensuring contractual requirements and completion of schedule deadlines and deliverables are adhered to.
• Define project/product development scope, goals, methodology and deliverables.
• Develop full scale project development plans and define project development tasks and resource requirements.
• Manage project/product development budgets, resource allocation and day-to-day operational aspects.
• Provide direction and support to the project/product development team. Act as liaison between all parties to ensure effective project coordination among participating teams. Facilitate communication among project participants to expedite processes and to resolve issues and problems. Schedule and facilitate meetings on project status and issue resolution.
• Plan project/product development timelines and tracking project/product development deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Manage, collect and analyze information on project phases, objectives, tasks, timeframe, scope, quality, costs, etc. Monitor and report on progress to concerned stakeholders.
• Ensure project/product development deliverables meet company quality standards and contract requirements. Oversee quality control throughout the project/product development life cycle.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
• Minimize exposure and risk on a project/product development.
• Develop and implement recovery/mitigation plans for unanticipated issues or challenges.
• Work with corporate Headquarters Project Management team to meet contractual obligations and adhere to schedule.
• Develop and establish relationships with clients that foster long-term business ties.
• Ensure project/product development documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Manage the 'change order' process. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Communicate project changes and events to concerned stakeholders.
• Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices, etc.
• Use internal processes and procedures to execute work. Suggest areas of improvement to internal processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 25% may be required (mainly local to Ingeteam facility in Milwaukee, suppliers, customers, projects' jobsites, and some occasional trips to Corporate Headquarters in Spain)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Work/Education Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate required.
• 5+ years of proven project management experience in the electrical industry required.
• Experience in the architectural design and schematics of solar PV systems or power electronics and electrical systems, electrical switchgear or sub-stations, distributed generation system design, and National Electric Code preferred.
• Experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting PV systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing solar PV and Energy Storage Programs preferred. Experience executing and planning project through production phase preferred.
• Must be a critical thinker, self-starter and have excellent decision-making, problem-solving, conflict management, organizational and customer service skills.
• Must have excellent communication, analytical, planning & organizational skills. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, management and external clients and customers.
• Must have the ability to efficiently multi-task, have strong attention to detail and have the ability to respond to changing priorities.
• Must be able to anticipate, analyze and solve problems, develop alternatives and make or recommend sound decisions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Outlook) preferred. Ability to analyze data and prepare and present reports to management and customers.
• Experience with MS Project a plus. Experience with SAP preferred.
