Field Service Technician

Join KEYENCE as an Entry-Level Field Service Technician Location: KEYENCE Engineering Services Facility โ€“ Itasca, IL Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): $68,281 As an Entry-Level Field Service Technician, you'll be part of our Engineering Services team, working hands-on with the world's most innovative Factory Automation products. You'll travel to manufacturing facilities, assemble and install equipment, optimize configurations, and provide technical support to our customers. Assemble, install, connect, code, and diagnose KEYENCE products on advanced production lines Travel regularly to customer sites to assist with equipment integration and verify proper operation Optimize product configuration, including mechanical and digital adjustments Provide guidance on product integration, operation, and troubleshooting Maintain records of customer interactions and compile post-visit summary reports Prepare KEYENCE equipment for customer use Travel 50โ€“60% of the time, including overnight, weekends, and holidays as needed
