About the TeamOur founding team consists of IOI/IPhO olympiad medalists, Stanford professors, ex-CTO of Synopsys, and our business leadership has scaled revenue in their previous companies to over $1.5bn. At Voltai, we are combining the world’s best talent in the intersection of software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers identified predominantly from other Voltai’s teams or organically based on the candidate's understanding of the ecosystem
  • Use customer discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and understanding of potential solutions
  • Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Voltai's solutions to customers
  • Develop final customer solution with Voltai's Product and Engineering teams for existing products, or support creation of new products for new concepts
  • Iterate with customer on technical scope and business model, and guide the proposal through approvals at customer
  • Plan revenue strategy and outlook for these specific solutions in both automotive and other adjacent domains

Required Skill Sets

  • Relevant career experience – 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fields like Solutions Engineering or Architecture, Technical Business Development, Technical Product Management, Technical Account Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering at a top-tier tech company.
  • High EQ – can read the room and adjust the approach in real-time.
  • Coachable & open-minded – strong opinions loosely held; can take and apply feedback.
  • First principle thinking – the ability to decompose things down to the fundamental axioms.
  • Tech smart – You can understand tech products deeply. You meet with engineers directly and can talk about technical design. You can advise customers about technical integrations.

  • Have a background in Electrical Engineering.
  • Have a background in AI.
  • Track record – has creatively and independently done complex enterprise deals.
  • Ex-founder who sold to enterprise (massive bonus points if you are one).
