Description

The Electronics Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electronic and electro-mechanical assembly lines that support our E-Gaming product portfolio. This includes hands-on leadership of hourly associates, ensuring daily production goals are met, maintaining product quality, and driving a clean, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused environment.


This role requires strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic assembly processes and the ability to guide a team through fast-paced production while maintaining high safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise 10+ hourly associates and oversee the daily production schedule for electronic and electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Plan, organize, assign, and direct daily production tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and with high attention to quality.
  • Manage equipment returns, repairs, RMAs, warranty credit processing, and service part inventory.
  • Collect and maintain serial number records for all outgoing equipment.
  • Partner with Materials Management to maintain proper raw materials, WIP, and finished goods levels.
  • Work with Cycle Count and Finance teams to support inventory accuracy and annual physical inventory.
  • Enforce departmental standards including productivity, safety, time studies, and documented processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement, productivity techniques, and organized work habits (6S/5S).
  • Conduct performance management for line associates: evaluations, discipline, coaching, cross-training, and development planning.
  • Partner with HR to interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Ensure work areas meet cleanliness and organization expectations consistent with 6S standards.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements at all times.
  • Perform hands-on tasks when needed and lift assemblies of 15-20 lbs.
  • Utilize Office 365 applications for reporting, communication, and documentation.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and accountability across the department.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supervising at least 10 direct reports in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment.
  • Strong understanding of production flow, electronic/mechanical assembly processes, and manufacturing operations.
  • High attention to detail, quality control practices, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and developing hourly associates.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control, serial tracking, RMAs, and production documentation systems preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
