Job description

Sage is looking for a Warehouse Associate to prepare packages and process incoming shipments for domestic customers. This require's use of computers, emails, scanners and other material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Physically sort and organize incoming electronic equipment into designated categories, requiring frequent lifting, movement, and hands-on handling
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against documentation
  • Register, log, and track incoming devices in inventory systems
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to scan and input data accurately
  • Perform inventory control and tracking for all received products
  • Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely
  • Collaborate with team members and warehouse leads to meet daily goals
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently within established timeframes
  • Rotate across different warehouse areas as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Entry-level role - prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, system navigation)
  • Ability to learn and use RF scanners and inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
  • Experience with RF scanning equipment or warehouse management systems
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Familiarity with receiving or inventory processes
