Are you skilled at reading schematics, wiring electrical components, and bringing complex assemblies to life? We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical/Electronics Associate to join a growing team focused on building high-quality industrial electrical systems and control cabinets. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting challenges, and working in a clean, organized manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an Electrical/Electronics Associate, you'll play a critical role in assembling, wiring, testing, and inspecting electrical products that meet customer specifications and industry standards.

  • Assemble and wire electrical components, control cabinets, and finished products using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and customer specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings, panel layouts, and wiring documentation to ensure accurate assembly
  • Install, mount, and connect electrical and mechanical components for a variety of industrial applications
  • Perform inspections and functional testing to verify quality, performance, and compliance
  • Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of testing, inspections, and production activities
  • Ensure adherence to IPC standards and established quality requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance work instructions and processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
  • Utilize email, spreadsheets, and data entry systems to support daily operations and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Hands-on experience assembling and wiring electrical products or systems
  • Strong understanding of electrical components and industrial electrical applications
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical assembly
  • Proficiency using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and data entry systems
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and maintain dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building industrial control panels or control cabinets
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and electrical assembly best practices
  • Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of 5S workplace organization principles
  • Previous experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
