About the Role:
Vision Safe, LLC is seeking a few good individuals to fill the Electronic Assembler position. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing and seeking a full-time position. Located in beautiful Kaneohe, HI, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence.ย Local Candidates Only

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and devices according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product functionality and safety.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations throughout the assembly process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Strong math skills.ย 
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly or related field preferred.
  • Use small hand tools & test equipment
  • Experience w/ MS Office productsย 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be fluent in English.ย 
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
