Job description

Openwork is currently seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our team in Taylor, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean, team-oriented environment assembling electronic components and devices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components and circuit boards using hand tools and small power tools.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams to ensure proper assembly.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Perform testing and quality control checks on finished products.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and inspection data.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in electronic assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work with small parts and use fine motor skills.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
