Job description

Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our production team. This role involves precise layout, wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical components for our high-quality, industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electronic components and systems according to certified specifications.

  • Perform crimping, soldering, and wire harness assembly with a high level of accuracy.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly.

  • Position, align, and secure components using hand and power tools.

  • Assemble LED panels and integrated wiring systems.

  • Bolt, rivet, and fasten components as required.

  • Troubleshoot and repair assemblies by dismantling and adjusting components as needed.

  • Perform functional testing to verify product quality and compliance before final inspection.

  • Safely lift and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs.) both overhead and from the ground.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

  • Skilled in using hand tools, clamps, presses, and general fabrication equipment.
