Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Our products and capabilities are sought after by civilian and military organizations spanning numerous global markets, including Aviation, Communication, Electronic Warfare (EW/ECM/CIED), Industrial, Missile/UAV, Radar, Satcom, Space, and Test and Measurement. Teledyne Microwave Solutions invests heavily in research and development to maintain the ability to offer the world's most advanced MW/RF capabilities for current and emerging challenges.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer Intern currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. This internship provides handson experience with RF/Microwave hardware, MIC assemblies, and solidstate power amplifier technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand theory of operation for solidstate RF and microwave amplifiers.

  • Assist in tuning and testing MIC circuits (bias checks, Sparameters, power sweeps, stability tests).

  • Analyze test data to identify performance, yield, or process improvement opportunities.

  • Support documentation, workflow optimization, and continuousimprovement initiatives.

  • Assist in rootcause investigations for test failures and help propose corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.

  • Completed coursework in Electromagnetism, Operational Amplifiers, and Analog Circuits.

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (C++, Python) LabVIEW is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Comfortable with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.

  • Must meet the criteria of a "US Person" (including US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).
