Walsh Electric Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of commercial electrical systems by providing leadership, direction, and daily oversight to field crews. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, promoting jobsite safety, and serving as a key liaison between the field team and project management.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial electrical construction projects
  • Determine and communicate daily manpower requirements to support project goals
  • Assign personnel and resources to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate special equipment and material needs for project execution
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings to facilitate installation
  • Develop material lists and ensure necessary materials are ordered and available onsite

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience installing commercial electrical systems
  • Prior experience leading crews and coordinating multiple field activities
  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
  • Experience coordinating inspections and working with local jurisdictions and inspectors
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, manpower, materials, and project priorities effectively
  • Electrical trade certifications are preferred but not required
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and team development

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and work in various construction site environments
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with commercial electrical construction
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
