Schaffhouser, a rapidly growing, Veteran-owned Industrial Electrical Contractor, is seeking a career-minded, proficient Industrial Electrical working Foreman (heavy emphasis on Industrial) who is passionate, driven, and highly motivated. Our projects extend across multiple cities in Middle Tennessee, including Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Dickson, and Lebanon. This foreman position includes driving a company vehicle and requires the flexibility to travel between these locations.

Our well-established company is passionate about what we do and the services we provide to our customers. The right candidates will have the skills & experience that will allow us to maintain our outstanding reputation.

As an Electrical Foreman, you would be responsible for all aspects of the planning, implementation, and completion of electrical projects including installation, maintenance, and repair. Additionally, you would be responsible for providing the leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control the entire field project operations to meet continuing growth and profit objectives of Schaffhouser Electric Company. Also, you would be responsible for conducting tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment, as well as troubleshooting in a variety of work areas while paying close attention to all aspects of safety.

The Electrical Foreman should also possess exceptional technical & problem-solving skills to be able to identify electrical issues and proceed with prompt repairs. Being able to oversee and work in a team setting and to complete objectives within a given time frame is a must. Ability to teach and mentor electricians and apprentice electricians is required.
