The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager for our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US and Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for management of the company's Atlanta, GA warehouse. You will oversee all aspects of warehouse management - from warehouse set-up, material receiving, kitting for the field service team, and warehouse inventory - ensuring the teams have the materials to be successful everyday.

What You Will Do:
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled
  • Execute supplier pickups and returns as needed
  • Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs
  • Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records
  • Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
  • Handle warranty-related RMAs
  • Process vendor returns and coordinate credits
  • Accurately record receiving activities in NetSuite
  • Ensure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
  • Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
