Description

We are seeking a motivated Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will support developmental test and evaluation (DT&E) activities for Electronic Warfare systems and subsystems across the system lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and test reports to support verification and validation of system requirements.
  • Design, plan, and execute laboratory and field tests, including RF and microwave system testing.
  • Configure and operate test instrumentation, RF measurement equipment, and data acquisition systems used in EW testing.
  • Analyze test data and produce technical assessments and performance evaluation reports documenting system capability and compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with government engineers, program managers, and integrated product teams (IPTs) to ensure effective test planning and execution.
  • Identify technical risks, troubleshoot system anomalies, and support root cause analysis during testing events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline with coursework in RF, microwave engineering, or electromagnetic theory.
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in RF, microwave, or electronic systems engineering.ย 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
