    • The High Voltage Substation Supervisor \/ HV Electrical Supervisor leads technical support initiatives for start\-up, commissioning, testing, and engineering operations.<\/span><\/span>

    • The High Voltage Substation Supervisor \/ HV Electrical Supervisor \/ Sr. Substation Tech manages all associated NERC documentation and compliance issues, switching orders, LOTO procedures and requests.<\/span><\/span>

    • The High Voltage Substation Supervisor \/ HV Electrical Supervisor provides support and emergency response for Balance of Plant operations across the Northern region<\/span><\/span>

      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech performs high voltage substation equipment (circuit breakers, transformers, relays..etc) testing, repairs, switching, and construction activities<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech provides 24\/7 on\-call support to for renewable energy \/ wind farm substation operations<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech assist with initial operating activities including commissioning on renewable energy systems (Wind Farms and Solar Farms)<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech facilitates high voltage switching orders to be processed through switching procedures.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech preventative maintenance on substations which includes reports on infrared inspections as well SF6 sampling results<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech carries out substation and transmission inspections within NERC guidelines<\/span><\/span>

      • The HV Substation Technician \/ HV Electrical Tech provides remote troubleshooting high voltage substation support to supervisor<\/span><\/span>

        \n Required Expertise:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          \n
        • 4+ years of electrical experience with high voltage substations (maintenance, testing, relay settings, and\/or commissioning)<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Supervisor role requires Management \/ Leadership experience<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Working knowledge of high\-voltage substation, relay protection, collection, and transmission systems<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Troubleshooting and repair of Substation, Protective relay systems, and\/or Renewable Energy Equipment<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Hands\-on testing of electrical protective relays (SEL), switchgears, transformers, and circuit breakers<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Ability to read\/interpret schematics and electrical diagrams<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Working knowledge of electrical SCADA systems<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and LOTO (lock\-out\-tag\-out)<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>\n
