Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct all electrical field staff and subcontractors on job sites.

  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Interpret electrical blueprints and ensure installations comply with NEC and project specifications.

  • Manage material and tool deliveries to ensure smooth job site operations.

  • Enforce all safety procedures, including OSHA standards and LOTO protocols.

  • Maintain daily reports, project logs, and communicate job progress to management.

  • Inspect electrical systems during and post-installation to verify quality and compliance.

  • Train and mentor electrical crews, promoting performance, safety, and career growth.

  • Resolve electrical issues in the field to keep projects on schedule.

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures on all electrical work.

  • Travel regularly for extended assignments on job sites across the U.S.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; trade school or associate degree in electrical technology preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.

  • OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience with electrical safety and machine installation safety best practices.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and technical drawings.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
