Job description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Traveling Electrical Project Manager in Lithia Springs, GA for a direct hire opportunity with our client. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States. 

Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $110,000 to $200,000 Per Year BOE

Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical construction efforts on large industrial projects across various locations.
  • Coordinate schedules, labor resources, subcontractors, vendors, and materials to ensure project success
  • Maintain strong client and team communication, handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in the heavy commercial and/or industrial electrical industry managing electrical scopes of work in the $2MM-$40MM range
  • Experience with ground-up new builds
  • Projects will consist of:
  • Manufacturing/warehouse/distribution centers
  • Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required.
  • Extensive electrical installation and power distribution knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of NEC, construction sequencing, and field operations
  • Proficiency in Procore, Accubid and Bluebeam is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required
  • Ability and willingness to travel and remain on-site for extended durations as needed
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
  • Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises  
  • May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.  
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending
  • May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $200,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
