A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ESPRESSO MACHINE TECHNICIAN / COFFEE MACHINE REPAIR TECH
As an Espresso Machine Technician / Coffee Machine Repair Tech, you offer a key service to our customers. After completing your 1-month training program, you are able to repair coffee and espresso machines in big-chain coffee shops. Each day, you travel to customer locations to assess needs. You perform installations, repair services, and preventative maintenance on various coffee equipment.
Aside from working on these machines, you also provide upkeep of your service vehicle. You make sure to keep it clean and organized at all times. Safety is a priority to you, and you always adhere to policies and procedures. You perform routine inventory checks of in-stock and out-of-stock items in your vehicle to ensure you always have needed parts.
When work orders come in, you respond in a friendly and efficient manner. You accurately and thoroughly complete service request forms and invoice breakdowns. Always respectful and professional, you ensure that the customer understands the work that was completed. You get a great feeling of satisfaction from keeping our customers' machines up and running!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ESPRESSO MACHINE TECHNICIAN / COFFEE MACHINE REPAIR TECH
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to sign a two-year contract and a non-disclosure agreement

Having a basic familiarity with electrical and plumbing would be a plus but is not required. Are you a self-starter? Can you work independently as well as with a team? WORK SCHEDULE
