Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (Other flexible hours available e.g. 7:30am to 4:00 or 9:30am to 6:00pm after Probationary Period), one hour break
Saraly: $75K~110K/Annual salary Depends on your experience

We are seeking a professional with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and semiconductor product sales engineer.
The ideal candidate should be technically familiar with FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, and Flip Chip.
Responsibilities and Job Description :
Cultivation of new business opportunities for company's products in semiconductor industry (FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, Flip Chip etc) with focusing in the US market.
NPI activities through visiting customers on-site, attending in tradeshows etc.
Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, partners and affiliated companies to ensure on-time delivery and technical readiness etc.
Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management and headquarters.
Manage of customer inquiries, quotation and delivery schedule.
Regular travel within the US for client visits, trade shows, and business development activities.
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements/ Must-Have要件:
Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field)
at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales/Business Development of IC packaging, advance packaging or related hardware preferred within the United States.
Strong Japanese (N1 level) and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable communicating with Engineers on technical topics.
Understanding of electronics or related technology industry.
Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S. and internationally as needed, and to visit the Santa Ana office occasionally.
Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to work full‑time as required by the company
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience in the semiconductor industry, or experience as an application engineer at a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, or as a process engineer or in a technical role in the semiconductor-related industry.
