Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite - 4 days/week minimum)
Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 6+ years of experience to support design and construction activities for advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities. This role includes engineering design, construction support (SDC/CA), and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Pay: $63.00- $74.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical design for industrial and manufacturing facilities
  • Support construction activities (submittals, RFIs, field observations, design verification)
  • Develop electrical drawings (single-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, grounding, lighting, power plans)
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams
  • Monitor schedule, scope, and technical quality of assigned work
  • Provide onsite support during installation and startup

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering
  • 6+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required
  • Experience with Services During Construction (SDC) or Construction Administration (CA)
  • Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA (4 days/week minimum)

Preferred
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (California preferred)
  • Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
