We are looking for a Design Engineer to support our Altronex brand.

Our Altronex brand is a leading provider of control solutions for the municipal water and wastewater industries, providing custom-engineered control panels, SCADA and telemetry systems, control panel fabrication, systems integration, and field services support. The job:

As our Design Engineer, your primary role will be to design large engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical, review/interpret specifications to build products used for water and wastewater applications and create bills of materials and documentation for the manufacturing of control panels. You will also work in close cooperation with Operation Coordinators, Sales, and external customers to ensure understanding and to obtain required information.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with:

  • Designing industrial controls
  • Creating schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
  • UL508/698A standards and application

A 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2-year degree with 3-5 years of experience are required.
