Job Title: Electrical Distribution Systems Engineer

Location: 40 Cragwood Rd South Plainfield, NJ 07080 (Hybrid)

Hybrid at Cragwood Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Description

  • CYME Engineer is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the organization's electrical distribution system models within the CYME platform. This role ensures data accuracy, supports engineering analysis, and assists users in leveraging CYME for planning, operations, and reliability improvements.
  • Update, maintain, and correct CYME equipment and network records.
  • Identify data quality gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Integrate data from GIS, SCADA, AMI, and other enterprise systems into CYME.
  • Support users who have issues with CYME modeling.
  • Develop user documentation, best practices, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of electric distribution systems.
  • Experience with scripting (Python, SQL) is a plus.
