Position Title: Electrical Distribution Operator
Location: Richmond, VA (On-Site)
Clearance Requirements: None
Shift: 1st Shift - Mon to Fri - 7am to 3:30pm
Employment: 12 month contract w/ extensions for multiple years
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Position Description:

This role involves managing service restoration and distribution switching activities within electrical distribution systems, ensuring grid integrity, safety, and reliable service to millions of customers. You will develop expertise in operations and switching practices through comprehensive training and certification. The position offers a dynamic, shift-oriented schedule requiring flexibility for 24/7 rotation, overtime, and storm callouts. Be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in energy delivery and community service.
