Position: Electrical CAD Technician

Compensation: $27 - $28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical CAD Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic technical team working on exciting projects involving system improvements and design efforts. This opportunity offers a chance to grow within a supportive environment, tackling tasks like drafting, design, and documentation with cutting-edge software.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prepare new drawings and revise existing engineering drawings
  • Adhere to company and client drafting standards
  • Follow ANSI standard drafting practices
  • Draft, design, and document various projects
  • Utilize various drafting and design software
  • Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by managers

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in CAD related program or specialized CAD certification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with BlueBeam
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
