Rivian Service Focus Prestige Fleet Services 

Overview: Prestige Fleet Services is expanding into Rivian electric vehicle service and support. We are seeking a highly skilled technician with a strong diesel and automotive background who is ready to transition into EV technology. This role will focus heavily on servicing Rivian fleet vehicles, requiring precision, safety awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Diagnose, service, and repair Rivian electric vehicles and systems
  • Perform high-voltage system diagnostics and repairs (battery systems, inverters, drive units)
  • Follow all Rivian and EV-specific safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout
  • Perform traditional mechanical repairs when applicable (suspension, brakes, HVAC)
  • Complete preventive maintenance and inspections for EV fleets
  • Utilize diagnostic software and tablets for work orders and system updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and diagnostics
  • Manage mobile service inventory and parts sourcing 
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of diesel and/or automotive repair experience

  • Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Safety-first mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a mobile environment

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must supply own tools

  • Rivian EV certification (highly preferred) Experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles

  • Other EV or high-voltage certifications

  • Welding or fabrication experience

Training & Development:

  • Must be willing to complete Rivian and EV certification training upon hire
  • Ongoing training in EV diagnostics, safety, and software systems
  • Growth opportunities into advanced EV diagnostic roles

Working Conditions:
