Do you have a natural knack for fixing things, working with power tools, or figuring out how electrical and mechanical systems work together? We are an established Electric Motor Service & Sales Company expanding our operations in the Batesburg-Leesville area.

We are looking for Mechanically Inclined Individuals who want a stable, high-paying career in a booming industry. Whether you are a seasoned industrial mechanic or a hands-on learner with zero professional experience—we provide the specialized training you need to succeed!

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience level, you will learn to service, rebuild, and test industrial electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes:

  • Diagnose & Inspect: Troubleshoot mechanical failures, electrical faults, and bearing wear on industrial motors.
  • Disassemble & Rebuild: Take apart heavy electric motors, replace worn components (shafts, bearings, seals), and reassemble them to factory specifications.
  • Test & Quality Control: Perform voltage tests, insulation testing, and dynamic balancing to ensure peak motor performance.
  • Learn the Trade: Master specialized precision skills like motor winding, machining, and surge testing under the guidance of our top technicians.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and safely navigate a busy workshop environment.
  • For Trainee / Entry-Level ($22.00+/hr baseline): No previous electric motor experience required! If you enjoy working on cars, tinkering with small engines, or have basic manufacturing/electrical hobbies, we will teach you the rest. Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma/GED.
  • For Experienced Hires (Up to $45.00/hr based on expertise): 2+ years of hands-on experience in electric motor repair, industrial maintenance, pump repair, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Core Skills: Strong work ethic, precision mindset, comfort using hand tools, and a commitment to shop safety.

The Perks & Benefits

  • Niche Industry Training: Acquire rare, high-demand technical skills through fully paid, on-the-job mentorship.
  • Top-Tier Compensation: Uncapped earning potential scaling up to $45.00/hour as your skills grow..
  • Stable Schedule: Reliable Monday through Friday daytime shifts with no unpredictable weekend hours.
  • Career Path: Clear longevity and advancement opportunities within our sales and service divisions.
