What is Required?

  • Current PT license as required by state
  • CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
  • 1 year of experience in a health care facility
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job

  • Reliable transportation to perform job duties

The compensation is $75.00 per point, which can include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on-call, or other performance-based compensation variables.
