Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for directing all operational workflows and team activities to ensure seamless execution of OnSite Solutions programs at assigned locations. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and support all OnSite Solutions delivery logistics to ensure accurate, timely material flow to the jobsite.

  • Assist OnSite customers with material selection, process purchases, and place delivery orders directly from the jobsite.

  • Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and jobsite leadership to consistently uphold OnSite service expectations.

  • Monitor OnSite inventory levels, manage replenishment and transfers, and work with account managers and customers to determine the optimal product mix for each job site.

  • Stock, organize, and maintain the cleanliness of the OnSite showroom, conex, and laydown yard to ensure a professional and efficient workspace.

  • Run and analyze key OnSite operational reports-such as open orders and order exceptions-to support accurate revenue recognition and program performance.

  • Support account managers by entering orders, submitting purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation of OnSite activity.

  • Provide coverage for inside sales functions, including fielding customer calls through branch landlines, during slower OnSite periods or when branch staff are out.

  • If a company vehicle is provided, pick up and deliver urgent hotrush orders and specialrequest items from offsite locations to the jobsite.

  • Oversees OnSite team staffing and performance, including hiring, coaching, training, and daytoday performance management for jobsitebased personnel.

  • Communicates, reinforces, and monitors safety compliance at all OnSite locations, ensuring adherence to White Cap EHS standards and jobsitespecific safety requirements.

  • Drives productivity and operational excellence across OnSite programs, ensuring adherence to program guidelines, operational processes, and expense targets.

  • Manages OnSite financial performance, including programlevel P&L awareness, inventory accuracy, AR coordination, and periodic program audits or operational reviews.

  • Champions customer service excellence on the jobsite, resolves service issues, and builds strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and key customer stakeholders.

  • Primarily based in an OnSite conex or indoor jobsite workspace, with conditions generally comfortable.

Nature and Scope

  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.

  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.

  • Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing diverse teams and guiding them towards operational excellence.

  • Proficiency in driving productivity, managing expenses, and optimizing operational processes.

  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and experience ensuring safety standards in the workplace.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive sales training, achieve targets, and support sales activities.
